Edison, NJ
– Recently, an exciting and innovative technique has been
introduced by
Dr. Elliot Heller, a plastic and cosmetic surgeon
in New Jersey, to help those males who have been unable to
reduce the size and appearance of large fatty breasts. The
technique is simple to perform, completely painless and elegant
in its method. The procedure is done in approximately one hour
under local anesthesia and the patient can leave the physician’s
office almost immediately thereafter.
The
technique is performed by using
ultrasonic liposuction to remove
the fatty tissue in a male breast and then by doing a laser
telescopic removal of glandular breast tissue to enhance the
final result.
Patients
are gratified and amazed to see an immediate reduction in their
breasts, a more masculine appearance of the chest and a
pain-free recovery period. Recovery involves wearing a
vest over the area for approximately two |
weeks and most patients
resume normal work activity the day after surgery.
This technique has been
perfected by the new technology of both ultrasonic liposuction
and fiberoptic telescopic surgery. “Liposuction alone has failed
to give patients completely satisfying results” explains Dr.
Heller, “The glandular breast tissue is firm and will not
respond to suction.” It was for this reason that Dr. Heller
began making a thin incision and inserting a fiberoptic
telescope following liposuction. Then by using a laser, excess
glandular tissue is vaporized.
Patients have been tremendously satisfied with the results.
There are many men in this country, who despite their best
effort to reduce extra breast tissue and fatty tissue through
exercise and diet, are still unable to lose unwanted areas. Dr.
Heller’s new technique offers hope for those patients and indeed
can give them a permanent and quite attractive new body. |
